So Bar in Bury St Edmunds is the brainchild of Ric Groves alongside business partner Jon Cardy.

Opening in December in 2005 it was an instant hit & has become firmly established as one of the towns busiest bars.

With a nod towards kitsch & retro styles, it is frequented by a stylish & sophisticated crowd.

Beers, Wines & Spirits from around the World have been carefully selected & continue to grow all the time. 

So Bar in 2007 became a whole lot bigger when the building next door was purchased & our floor space doubled. Along with this saw the opening of So Bar & Caffe', opening from 10 am daily serving the finest Italian Coffee & freshly prepared foods..
